PIT after 2017/2019 rate reforms Β· Income tax guide

The calculation, explained.

Resident personal income tax: first XCD 36,000 exempt; 10% on XCD 36,001–60,000 (Finance Ministry notice effective 1 Jan 2017); 28% above XCD 60,000 (2019 reduction from 30%, World Bank fiscal incidence review).

Some IRD/finance pages still reprint the pre-reform 15%/30% table. Non-resident withholding at 15% is separate.

Doctors: employment and independent practice

The Grenada comparison is an ordinary resident employment scenario. We have not yet verified a doctor-specific independent-practice regime for this country. Do not apply Indonesia’s NPPN 50% here or enter clinic turnover as salary. Practice deductions, professional contributions and mixed income require additional local research.
