🇹🇯 How tax works
in Tajikistan.
Current Tax Code (BRITACOM / tax authority summary) · National income tax guide
The calculation, explained.
Resident individuals pay a flat 12% personal income tax on employment income.
Non-resident employment income is 20%; other taxable income of residents is generally 15%. Personal deductions/social contributions are excluded.
Doctors: employment and independent practice
The Tajikistan comparison is an ordinary resident employment scenario. We have not yet verified a doctor-specific independent-practice regime for this country. Do not apply Indonesia’s NPPN 50% here or enter clinic turnover as salary. Practice deductions, professional contributions and mixed income require additional local research.
