🇹🇲 How tax works
in Turkmenistan.
Tax Code Art. 192 · National income tax guide
The calculation, explained.
Tax Code Art. 192 sets personal income tax at a flat 10% unless the Code provides otherwise; employment income is generally withheld by the employer.
Simplified/patent regimes for some entrepreneurs use different rates and are excluded.
Doctors: employment and independent practice
The Turkmenistan comparison is an ordinary resident employment scenario. We have not yet verified a doctor-specific independent-practice regime for this country. Do not apply Indonesia’s NPPN 50% here or enter clinic turnover as salary. Practice deductions, professional contributions and mixed income require additional local research.
